The news werer published on the first page of "Babel Newspaper" Oct 28th and also in the "Irak Newspaper". We thank Mr President Saddam Hussein for this generosity for the Copts living in Irak and we wish for Irak whether president and people the best. We knew from Bishop Paul that we got a new piece of land in Tanzania 6400 sq meter meeting three streets one of them is the main road of the city and it is so special because it is in the entrance of of the city. The center includes the following: - Church of Virgin Mary (230 sq m. = 23x10 m.) plus two auxiliary rooms one a baptistry, the other is a library both on 54 sq m. - St Mark Reception House including 9 big rooms and a reception and refectory (4.5x7 m) - A small building where toilets and stock rooms are. (20 sq m.) - Medical Clinic (34 sq m) in two rooms one for examination and the other for the residence of one patient. This might be the first seed of a big clinic which shall be completed in the future. - Beside that the wall surrounding the land and the gate is already built. They are currently in the process of organizing the place and cultivating the land. We congratulate Dr Safwat El-Bayady as he was appointed Head if the Evangelical church in Egypt.
